Referral Program Rules

These rules govern every referral submitted through this site or made by phone. Read them before you refer someone.

  1. 1. How to qualify as a referrer

A referral must be on record before the referred customer's appointment is set. There are exactly two ways to qualify:

    • Option A

The referred customer names you, the referrer, by name on their initial phone call to John Beal Roofing.

    • Option B

You, the referrer, submit the referral through this website before the customer's appointment is set.

  2. 2. No backdating

A referral cannot be claimed after the fact. If the name was not given on the customer's first call, and it was not submitted through this website before the appointment was set, it does not qualify. This applies with no exceptions.

  3. 3. The referrer must be named, by name

On that initial call, the customer must name the referrer by name. Saying “a friend told me” or an equivalent general statement does not count as a qualifying referral.

  4. 4. What has to happen before payment

The $500 is paid only after the referred customer purchases a full roof replacement and pays in full. Repairs and partial jobs do not qualify. No payment is issued before the job is paid in full.

  5. 5. How payment is made

Payment is a check issued directly to the referrer.

  6. 6. No limit

There is no limit on the number of referrals one person can make. It's $500 per qualifying referral, every time.

  7. 7. Verification

John Beal Roofing reserves the right to verify every referral before a check is issued.

These rules govern the John Beal Pays referral program wherever it's referenced — on the home page, in the referral form, and anywhere John Beal Roofing talks about referrals.
